Texas Values Statement on Retirement of Rep. Dwayne Bohac

Austin, Texas – Representative Dwayne Bohac of District 138 near Houston announced he will not seek re-election today. Jonathan Saenz, President of Texas Values issued the following statement:

“It has been an honor and privilege to work with Rep. Dwayne Bohac. He is a gentleman, a servant leader and an example of what is great about Houston and Texas. It was a joy to work with him on Texas’ “Merry Christmas” law and many other faith and family policy issues. He will be missed at the Texas Capitol.”
