Position Summary:

The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that Texas Values runs efficiently and effectively. This person oversees internal operations & administration, works with all departments to support achieving the mission (“Faith, Family, Freedom”), ensures compliance, optimizes systems and processes, and plays a strategic role in implementing organizational plans.

Internship Opportunities


Texas Values is seeking motivated university, graduate, and law school students to intern in our Austin office (or remotely with special approval) who have a passion to promote biblical values and have the desire to learn more about law, public policy, and the political process in Texas.
