President Trump Texas Event Reactions by Faith and Family Leader

Austin, Texas – Yesterday Texas Values President and faith and family leader Jonathan Saenz attended President Trump’s Roundtable discussion on issues of health, economics, justice, and how faith communities can help in these uncertain times. The Roundtable included Dr. Robin Armstrong former Republican Party of Texas Vice Chair and current medical physician, Scott Turner former Texas House member and current Trump Administration Executive Director for the White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council, Bishop Harry Jackson cofounder of The Reconciled Church Initiative which seeks to bring racial healing to the church and America, Brooke Rollins former CEO of the Texas Public Policy Foundation and current Director of Domestic Policy for President Trump, Pastor Robert Morris of Gateway Church in Texas, Dr. Ben Carson Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and many others.

Jonathan Saenz, President of Texas Values said “Turning to God in times of crisis and struggle, that’s how America will continue to be united and strong – was the clear message from President Trump’s Roundtable discussion in Texas. We are thankful that President Trump and Gov. Greg Abbott have made it clear that churches are essential and that our constitutional right to freedom of religion is central to even brighter days for Texas and America.”

Mr. Saenz is available for comment on this issue and other important matters for faith and family in Texas.
