SB 10 by Sen. King/Rep. Noble to display the Ten Commandments in public school classrooms. The U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022 decision in Kennedy v. Bremerton cleared the way to recognizing the unmatched historical importance to our state and nation of religion in general and the Ten Commandments in particular.

SB 12 by Sen. Creighton to uphold and affirm parental rights, and to prohibit diversity, equity, and inclusion in public schools. This bill is also on its way to House Calendars Committee.
