Breaking! U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Reveals Fraudulent Practices Regarding Sex Change on Minors, VP Vance order DOJ to Investigate

Washington D.C. – August 13, 2026: Today, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services released a report that found a number of hospitals in the United States committed insurance fraud and gained large profits from performing irreversible sex change operations on children. The official report titled, Wolves in White Coats: How Doctors and Hospitals Pushed and Profited from the Fraud of “Gender Medicine”, was released today. Following the release of the report, Vice President J.D. Vance has ordered the Department of Justice to investigate the hospitals and clinics in the report that were found to have committed fraudulent activity regarding child sex change operations.

Mary Elizabeth Castle, Director of Government Relations for Texas Values, said:

“I am grateful for the continued work that Secretary Kennedy and Admiral Christine are doing to protect children from these harmful and irreversible sex change procedures. The report revealed today reveals the sinister and dishonest nature of the practice that has occurred for far too long in doctors seeking financial gain off of vulnerable children who are suffering to accept their God-given identity. Great Texans like Dr. Eithan Haim and nurse Vanessa Sivadge pioneered the efforts to reveal the fraud in Texas hospitals and I am encouraged that Vice President Vance will finish the job in investigating hospitals across the United States.”

In 2023, the Texas Legislature passed Senate Bill 14 that bans sex change operations on children. Texas Values was the leading organization in Texas helping to pass this law and provided legal support when the law survived a legal challenge at the Texas Supreme Court.
