Video of Texas Pro-Life Bill Signing

Yesterday, the Texas Pro-Life Omnibus Bill, HB 2, was signed into law by Texas Governor Rick Perry. This historic pro-life effort goes a long way in protecting both the unborn and women in Texas by banning late term abortions after five months when unborn children can feel pain and by raising safety standards at abortion clinics to ensure that Texas women receive greater protection and a higher level of care.

With the eyes of the nation on Texas, the people of Texas, led by Texas women and their elected officials, responded with a resounding victory for life.  This is a historic day that all Texans that value life should celebrate.
