With important decisions being made at the Texas State Board of Education (SBOE) that impact over 5 million students, including the ongoing battle over sex education, we thought now would be a good time to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. The SBOE prides itself on having an open and transparent process, with many opportunities for feedback from Texans, but that doesn’t mean it’s a simple process!
