Ultrasound/Heartbeat Bill Before Senate State Affairs Tomorrow

SB 182, by Sen. Dan Patrick (R-Houston) is set for a hearing tomorrow before the Senate State Affairs Committee. This bill confirms a woman’s right to be offered an ultrasound image when considering an abortion, and also be offered a chance to hear the heartbeat of her unborn child.  Here are the members of the Committee and a note if they are a co-author of this bill:
