Special Session Update: Sine Die (End) of Special Session-Toll Road Bill Dead

Update 4:55 p.m.:  Senate passed HB 1, presumably done for the Special Session.  HB 3/toll road bill appears dead.

Sine Die! (It’s over!)

With 1 of the 3 pieces of legislation made a priority by Gov. Perry left unpassed, it remains to be seen if Gov. Perry will call legislators back for another Special Session.  Stay tuned.
