San Antonio Pastors for Religious Liberty Host Event With National Expert

San Antonio, TX, March 26, 2015 –Tomorrow, National Policy Leader and President of the Family Research Council (FRC), Tony Perkins, will join a press conference with local pastors to discuss the recent attacks on religious liberty in Texas and beyond. The press conference will be held during Watchmen on the Wall, an event in San Antonio hosted by FRC to equip pastors to stand for morality in their pulpits and communities without fear of political retribution.

Tony Perkins, a national leader and expert for protecting religious freedom and pulpits, will be joined at the press conference by: Pastor and local military and religious freedom activist Steve Branson, Pastor Charles Flowers of San Antonio; Pastor Dave Welch, one of the five pastors whose sermon was subpoenaed by a mayor in Texas; and Jonathan Saenz, religious freedom attorney and president of Texas Values, and others. The press conference will be held at the Tri Point Campus at 12:30 p.m.
