Release: $6,000 Donated for Ten Commandments Posters to Conroe ISD

Conroe, TX – August 19, 2025: Texas Values spoke at the Conroe Independent School District board meeting today where Jonathan Covey showed up to show his support for protecting the Ten Commandments in schools. While there, Texas Values presented Conroe ISD with a check for $6,000 to purchase Ten Commandments posters for 6,000 classrooms which will put a poster in every classroom in their district.
Jonathan Covey, Director of Policy for Texas Values stated:
“Our work to protect and support the Texas Ten Commandments Law includes making sure the posters are displayed in the classrooms. All of this is just a part of our comprehensive approach to the Texas 10 Commandments Law. Whether we need to be in the court, the legislature, the media and school board meetings, we will be there to protect the law to make sure that it’s followed and implemented.”
