Austin, TX – August 28, 2024: Texas Values invites the media to cover the largest Texas state-based educational and policy forum of its kind, running 7 years in a row, the Texas Faith Fest, at Great Hills Baptist Church in Austin, Texas on September 13-14. We have an incredible line-up of speakers such as Congressman Chip Roy, former presidential candidate and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, Texas Children’s Hospital child gender transition whistleblowers Dr. Eithan Haim and Nurse Vanessa Sivadge, NCAA Volleyball player Macy Petty, Speaker of the House candidate Rep. Tom Oliverson, Coach Joe Kennedy, Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller, Senator Bob Hall, abortion survivor Melissa Ohden, The Daily Signal Senior Reporter – Mary Margaret Olohan, and school choice evangelist Corey DeAngelis and many more. Rep. Tom Oliverson and Briscoe Cain will discuss who is most likely to defeat Dade Phelan for Texas Speaker of the House, and other panel topics will include stopping casino gambling, religious freedom and parental rights. Senator Angela Paxton among other leaders from across the state and nation who will discuss family values in public policy – including life, marriage, religious freedom, and human sexuality.

You are strongly encouraged to cover the event in person, but there will be limited live stream coverage of some of the event and speakers.

Register for media credentials. We will do our best to make event speakers available for media requests for media who cannot attend the event but the best way to interview the event speakers and Texas Values team members is to attend the event.
