Obama Education Secretary Slams Texas Social Studies Standards, But Has He Read Them?

“President Obama’s Education Secretary, Arne Duncan, has released a critical statement about our freshly adopted social studies standards. This wouldn’t have anything to do with Texas rejecting Obama & Duncan’s “Race to the Top” initiative, now would it?  I think it is pretty obvious who’s palying politics here with just another example of an attempted Washington takeover”, said Jonathan Saenz of Liberty Institute.
