God’s Presence at Faith, Family, & Freedom Policy Forum – Highlights!
The Texas Values Policy Forum is the largest event of its kind in Texas, running 6 years in a row. The Texas Values Church Ambassador Network of Texas (TXCAN) was focused on greatly at this event! We heard from leaders from across the state and nation as they discussed family values in public policy – including life, marriage, religious freedom, and human sexuality. Educated by the leading experts in family policy in the legislature, courts, and media. We were inspired by Texans just like you who are advancing pro-family values in the culture. We had two days, September 15-16, of panels filled with faith & policy leaders where we were educated, motivated, and activated to be effective in OUR community! It was an incredible event featuring noteworthy speakers & panelists!
Though we missed those that could not attend a BIG SHOUT OUT to our pastors who came and shared the work of the Church Ambassador Network of Texas Pastor’s Panel.

On a side note: You have been praying for Pastor Tovar and your prayers have been heard. Though a couple of long-term side effects of Murine Typhus infection of ringing in his ears and blurry vision continues to give him a little trouble, he is up and “Ready for Duty.” During his illness, when no desire of eating, nor getting up, and fatigue came upon him, Pastor Tovar claims that your prayers held his hands up like when Moses heard from God! God has been his strength and though still recovering Pastor Tovar was able to join us at the forum. Praise be to God!!!

*There is a strong possibility that a special session will be called by Governor Abbott for October. Knowing this, we would invite pastors to the Capitol to share the Gospel.
