WHO: All federal, statewide, Collin County, and Denton County candidates from U.S. Senate to all down-ballot races are invited.

WHAT: A pre-event Meet-and-Greet for all candidates followed by a Candidate Forum for all contested races in Collin and Denton counties.

WHEN: Monday, Jan. 29 (Plano)

Tuesday, Jan. 30 (Prosper)

5:30-6:15 p.m., Meet-and-Greet; 6:30-8:30 p.m., Candidate Forum.

(Candidates may choose to attend both, or choose the option that best represents their district.)

WHY: To inform the general public regarding the upcoming election, county-specific races, the candidates running, and the duties of the office they are seeking.
