On March 2nd, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the decision by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold Texas’ HB 2 that requires abortion clinics to have common-sense health and safety standards to better protect women. We encourage all Texans to be in prayer for the nation’s high court and for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office as they defend this critically important law.
