Press Release: LGBT Pressure Groups Sue Texas

Austin, TX – July 13, 2023: Today, a lawsuit was filed against SB 14 by LGBT pressure groups such as Lambda Legal and others. SB 14 is an essential law that will protect Texas children from harmful gender modification treatments and procedures which had bipartisan support in the Texas legislature and was signed by Governor Greg Abbott on July 15, 2023. The law goes into effect on September 1st. 

Jonathan Saenz, President & Attorney for Texas Values said: 

“This obsession with mutilating Texas children and making big money off it has no end for LGBT pressure groups. SB 14 protects kids from having body parts cut off, and puts an end to the junk science and wicked doctors who are behind these unnatural and destructive operations and surgeries and we will defend this law against any and all frivolous attacks.”
