12:04 a.m.-SB 1569, Unemployment insurance expansion bill fails to receive a vote before midnight deadline. Deadline also comes and goes without a vote on the Ultrasound bill.
There is speculation that there may be an effort to suspend the rules and allow for votes on bills after the deadline. We’ll see tomorrow morning. House stands recessed until tomorrow. Did he say recessed? Why not adjourned?
