BREAKING! Trump DOJ Drops Charges Against Texas Child Sex Change Whistleblower, Dr. Eithan Haim
Austin, Texas — January 24, 2025: Breaking news from a federal court in Houston. Today, the U. S. Government lawyers (now under the Trump Administration) filed a Motion to Dismiss their indictment against Texas medical doctor, Eithan Haim. The charges were dropped today after Dr. Haim was facing up to ten years in prison, for action related to being a whistleblower on child sex change procedures at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH). The criminal charges were brought against Dr. Haim by the Biden Administration.
This is not the final action on this matter, as the motion to dismiss still needs the judge’s signature.

“The Trump Administration’s decision to drop these frivolous and weaponized charges by Biden’s DOJ is a huge victory for Texas children who are being harmed by this massive cover up. Dr. Haim never should have been in this position in the first place, facing up to 10 years in prison, for simply telling truth. The unjust lawfare scam is over, and no better place than Texas to put it to an end.”
In 2023, Dr. Eithan Haim exposed gender modification procedures and surgeries taking place at TCH while serving as a resident at the hospital. This was exposed shortly after TCH claimed to have halted harmful gender modification procedures and surgeries on children in March of 2022, after a directive by Governor Greg Abbott stating that, “a number of so-called ‘sex change’ procedures constitute child abuse under existing Texas law.”
Dr. Haim faced four counts of violating the patient-privacy provisions of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and it potentially exposed Dr. Haim to total penalties of up to 10 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines.
While the Biden administration’s Department of Justice were busy going after Dr. Haim, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton began an investigation on TCH that is still ongoing.
