Breaking! Graduate to an Advanced Level of Citizenship with Launch of Texas Values University

Austin, TX – May 21, 2025: Today, Texas Values University launches to the public. Key leaders have contributed to this online platform, course, and curriculum that will equip Texans to graduate to an advanced level of citizenship. This is the launch of “Phase 1” and Texas Values University will continue to expand in the coming months and years. Texas Values University is over two years in the making, and will be a signature project and resource offered by Texas Values, and will provide benefit to Texans for many years to come.
Courses for Phase 1 include:
- Religious Liberty with contributors Kelly Shackelford, President of First Liberty Institiute, Hiram Sasser, Executive General Counsel for First Liberty Institute, and Rick Green, Founder of Patriot Academy
- Save Women’s Sports with contributors Riley Gaines, 12x NCAA Champion & Save Women’s Sports Leader, and Mary Elizabeth Castle, Director of Government Relations for Texas Values and key leader in passing the Save Girls Sports Law in 2021 and the Save Women’s Sports Law in 2023
- What You Need to Know About the Abortion Industry with contributor Abby Johnson, Former Planned Parenthood Director & Pro-Life Leader
- Legislative Advocacy with contributors Jonathan Saenz, President & Attorney for Texas Values, Jonathan Covey, Policy Director for Texas Values, and Mary Elizabeth Castle, Director of Government Relations for Texas Values
- Expert and Insider Insights into Effective Citizen Advocacy with contributor Jonathan Saenz, President & Attorney for Texas Values

Texas Values University is completely online and is available to all ages who want to graduate to an advanced level of citizenship.
