Video: Texas Leaders Support HB 2 at Supreme Court
Texas Values, State Rep. Jodie Laubenberg, author of Texas’ pro-woman health and safety HB 2 law for abortion clinics, and Texas women and leaders from across the state held a joint press conference announcing their legal amicus briefs submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in support of HB 2. We are thankful for our friends at Texas Right to Life, Concerned Women for America of Texas, Texas Eagle Forum, 3801 Lancaster, Southern Baptists of Texas Convention, Texas Center for Defense of Life who stood with us in defense of the common-sense safety standards for abortion clinics in HB 2 that protect women and children.
Texas Values will be at the U.S. Supreme Court on March 2nd for oral arguments on this case. Please join us in prayer that the Supreme Court will uphold HB 2!
