SB 7, With Defund Planned Parenthood Provisions, Being Debated on House Floor

Update: SB 7 passes, final vote is tomorrow

Rep. Christian lays out his amendment preventing hospital districts from using property tax dollars to pay for abortions, which Travis County (Austin) currently does at the tune of $450,000 a year.  Planned Parenthood is a big beneficiary of this taxpayer money.  Point of order overruled.
