Pro-Life Rallies Mark 40th Anniversary Of Roe v. Wade

2013 marks the 40th anniversary of the disastrous Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion nationwide. Since that tragic decision, more the 55 million unborn children have lost their lives throughout our nation, including tens of thousands just this year alone in Texas. While Texas has made strong pro-life gains, including passage of the Sonogram Bill and major defunding of Planned Parenthood, much work still remains.

Help continue the effort to build a culture of life in Texas – join with Texas Values and thousands of other pro-lifers in participating in two state rallies for life over the next two weekends:

Dallas March for Life and Rally: Saturday, January 19 in Downtown Dallas

  • Dallas March for Life begins at 12 p.m. from the downtown Cathedral Plaza, 2215 Ross Ave. at Pearl St., proceeds to First Baptist Dallas, 1707 San Jacinto, where we join and continue to march together to the Earle Cabell Federal Courthouse.
  • Dallas Rally for Life begins at 12:30 p.m. outside the Earle Cabell Federal Courthouse; the Rally will be held behind the courthouse at 1108 Jackson St., on the corner of Griffin and Jackson.
