The Houston Chronicle also ran this piece, but when they did, they mistakenly listed the author as Jennifer Grisham, our media director.  We noticed this mistake, brought it to the HC’s attention, and they changed the name to reflect my name correctly.

What is so funny about this, is that in the comments section of the HC version, some real upset people have been making comments about the name change issue.  They are so mad that we made such excellent and accurate points, that they had to find something else to complain about, as they knew on the facts, they lose this issue.

Instead, they resorted to personal attacks, as usual.  What’s so funny is their rush to rip into a reasonable minded person, caused them to look foolish, as the HC made the name change correction, and these angry persons got all upset over a clerical error.

Even the Austin liberal fringe group Texas Freedom Network spent time putting together a blog post dedicated solely to the “author/name change” issue.  Wow, I didn’t realize that one good article/op-ed from us is all it takes to get under their skin.  We’ll write more of them in the future.  See what the comments say  at http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/editorial/outlook/6993975.html
