On the 8-27-16 edition of the “Texas Values Report with Jonathan Saenz,” Jonathan interviewed Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton about a Texas federal court judge stopping the enforcement of Obama’s bathroom directive, which would have forced Texas schools to allow boys into girls bathrooms, shower rooms and locker rooms. Attorney General Ken Paxton has issued his own update letter to educational institutions explaining that, in light of the injunction, no educational institution in Texas needs to change its policies regarding intimate facilities to comply with Obama’s unenforceable federal guidelines.
