5:00 p.m. Chisum amendment passes, prioritizing use of family planning funds,  Numerous other amendments have passed, shifting money away from family planning funds, a major source of $$ for Planned Parenthood.

2:30 p.m.  Rep. Weber amendment passes, 4.2 million moved from “family planning” funding and sent to “Alternatives to Abortion” fund.

Rep. Christian amendment passes, takes 3 million from “family planning” funding and moves it fund Autism programs, which had been zeroed out.
