Become a “Title IX Watchdog”!

At the beginning of the school year, we notified you of all of the rights you and your child have at your public school in Texas. We told you that the Biden administration’s radical rewrite of Title IX has been stopped by the courts in Texas but if you had any information that schools were still trying to implement the radical rewrite Title IX, to contact us.

If your child’s school is forcing pronoun use, allowing boys in girls restrooms/locker rooms, or boys’ in girls’ sports, then they are possibly implementing Biden’s radical Title IX, which violates current courts’ orders in Texas.
