Sen. Patrick Interview on Stopping CSCOPE, Common Core

With the regular session of the 83rd Texas Legislative Session now complete (and the special session now underway), Texas Values will be interviewing some of the key legislators that had an impact on important issues of faith, family, and freedom during the session.

Our fourth interview is with State Senator Dan Patrick, a conservative Republican from Houston. Texas Values President Jonathan Saenz talked with Sen. Patrick about his leadership this session in the Senate on important education issues, including helping stop CSCOPE and Common Core and his support for the “Merry Christmas” Bill that has now been signed into law.
