The mayor of the City of Houston, Annise Parker, has released a letter putting the full weight of the Mayor’s office behind a day set aside to advocate and push for Homosexual Marriage. The day purports to have as its purpose, to seek “freedom” in marriage. But this is clearly misleading, because true “freedom” would mean men and women would be “free” to marry as many people as they want. Are homosexual activists, like Annise Parker, really in favor of such radical “freedom”, or are they just using this as a political stunt to thwart the will of 76% of Texans that voted to define marriage in our State Constitution as one man, one woman?
